Steps to be done for release:

|
|
(0) Change version number in cowsay file.
|
|
|
|
(1) Change version number in Makefile.
|
|
|
|
(2) Package into tarballs and sign.
|
|
|
|
(3) Upload tarballs to FTP server.
|
|
|
|
(4) Point LATEST.tar.gz to current version.
|
|
|
|
(5) Modify cowsay web pages to reflect current version.
|
|
|
|
(6) Modify factoids with purl and miho to reflect current version.
|
|
|
|
(7) Post to freshmeat.
|
|
|
